Puneet is a seasoned public policy and government affairs professional with over two decades of experience shaping strategic engagement between various industries and the Government. A first-hand witness to the evolving nature of policy engagement in India—from regulatory compliance to co-creating an enabling environment, Puneet has led the public affairs function for global organizations including Wipro, Mondelez, Royal DSM, Monsanto, and Accenture.
Puneet believes that navigating this complex policy landscape requires a deep understanding of macro-level drivers, stakeholder interplay, and the transformative power of technology. He has successfully demonstrated this in crafting and advocating policies across diverse sectors including Defence Offsets, SEZs, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, Biotechnology, and Agriculture. Across this spectrum, Puneet has developed frameworks that align corporate priorities with national goals, creating sustainable and inclusive value propositions.
Originally trained as a physicist and later a journalist, Puneet's early career in media provided him with a strong foundation in public discourse. His policy writings gained significant government attention, eventually steering him into corporate policy roles. Sponsored by Wipro, he pursued advanced studies in International Relations at Staffordshire University, UK, deepening his expertise in global diplomacy and public policy.

At G.I.T.A., Sandeep anchors the mission to build a robust platform for tech advocacy—through policy, perspective, and process—by fostering trusted partnerships between government, industry, and academia.
He actively engages with government bodies, regulators, and industry associations to contribute to policy-making and ecosystem development. He is also a sought-after speaker at management schools and industry forums, and has led initiatives focused on future skills and digital inclusion.
Sandeep is a strong proponent of inclusive development and has championed CSR programs in girl child education and vocational training for underprivileged communities.
He holds an engineering degree from BITS Pilani and an MBA from FMS, University of Delhi. He has completed executive education programs at IIM Bangalore, Wharton, Singularity University, and HCLI Singapore.

Yuthika Shukla, a passionate edupreneur, is a founding member (Director) of Growth Interface for Tech Advocacy, where she brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective built over 20 years at the nexus of finance, education, and technology. Her mission is to champion the strategic growth of the science & tech ecosystem by integrating these critical domains.
Her background as a certified Independent Director (IICA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and a finance professional with an MBA provides a deep understanding of the economic and governance frameworks essential for tech innovation. With expertise in capital markets, economic analysis, and investment strategies, certified by institutions like ICFAI and NSE, she focuses on creating financially sustainable and scalable environments for technology, education, and skill development to thrive.
Parallel to her corporate journey, a two-decade passion for teaching Physics and Mathematics to aspiring engineers and scientists (JEE, NEET, CUET) has given her a grassroots understanding of the tech talent pipeline. A computer science graduate and a technology enthusiast, nurturing the analytical minds that will build our future is fundamental to her advocacy.

- Over 35 years of hands-on experience in industry with regard to corporate tax compliance across tax jurisdictions including the US, Europe, India and Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Africa, addressing structuring requirements, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, de-mergers, business re-organizations, transfer pricing, taxation of IPRs, employees’ taxation, indirect taxes in India and EU VAT, social security taxes etc.
- Participated as a Member of Emerging Issues Task Force on Non-resident taxation formed by Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
- Appointed a NASSCOM representative for resolving issues in Japan Tax Treaty.
- Nominated on the Expert Panel of the Working Group on Transfer Pricing.
- Past Chairman of Indirect Taxation Committee of Bangalore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
